Terms of Service
Last updated October 16, 2026
The short version. You pay $1 and we rebuild your website. The $1 is a one-time, non-refundable fee. If you keep the new site, plans start at $29 a month, with no setup fee and no contract — cancel anytime. Your words, photos and business info stay yours.
1. Who we are
WebFactory (“we”, “us”) is a service of Vvvroom.ai. These terms are the agreement between us and you, the person or business using webfactory.to (“you”). By starting a rebuild, keeping a site or signing in, you agree to them. If you’re acting for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to agree on its behalf.
2. The $1 rebuild
- You give us your current website address and your email, and pay $1 through Stripe, then we rebuild the site with our automated design system and you can follow every step on a live progress page.
- Most rebuilds finish in under 30 minutes, but that’s a goal, not a promise. Busy periods and unusual sites take longer.
- Refunds: The $1 fee is non-refundable and is not subject to returns or refunds.
- We’re built for brochure-style sites for local businesses. Online shops, booking systems, member logins and similar features aren’t rebuilt.
3. Sites we built before you asked
Sometimes we or our partners rebuild a business’s public website first and send the owner a private link to see it. Nothing is owed for these. If you don’t keep the site, nothing changes for you. If you’re the owner and you want it taken down, email us and we will.
4. Keeping your site: the plan
- There are two plans, billed through Stripe monthly or yearly (a yearly plan costs ten months) until you cancel. Prices don’t include taxes where taxes apply:
- Keep it — $29 a month or $290 a year, and the price you sign up at stays yours for as long as you keep the plan: 1 change a month.
- Get found — $49 a month or $490 a year: 5 changes a month, your site in 2 more languages of your choice, the SEO pack (search-engine markup, a summary for AI search, and new pages submitted to search engines).
- Every plan includes hosting the site, connecting it to your own domain, and sending the messages from its contact form to your email (and keeping them in your account).
- Changes are things like text, photos, hours, prices and small new sections. Each plan includes a number of changes per calendar month; unused changes don’t carry over. If you ask for more, we still take the request — it goes into the next month’s queue, or you can upgrade. Changes are made by our automated editor and go live once they pass our checks; if a request needs more detail, we’ll ask you, and that one doesn’t count. A bigger job (a whole new page or a section redesign) may count as several changes, and we’ll tell you first. Major redesigns or new features may cost extra; we’ll always ask first.
- Languages included in a plan: we translate the whole site and later changes are translated too, while that plan is active. If you move to a plan without languages, the translated pages go offline.
- No plan promises a ranking or a position in any search engine or AI assistant.
- Upgrades and downgrades, and switching between monthly and yearly, take effect right away: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, or the unused part becomes a credit on your next invoice.
- Cancel anytime in your account (“Billing”). Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then the site goes offline and your domain is disconnected. We don’t refund partial periods.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it keeps failing, the plan ends the same way as a cancellation.
- If we change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
5. Your domain
You keep ownership of your domain and your account at your registrar. You point your domain at us by changing a DNS record (our setup page walks you through it); you can point it elsewhere at any time. If we ever register a domain for you, it’s registered in your name.
6. Your content and ours
- Yours: the text, photos, logos and business information on your site remain yours. You let us copy, edit, adapt and display them to build, host and improve your site.
- You confirm you have the right to use what’s on your current site, or that you’ll ask us to remove anything you don’t.
- Ours: the design system, templates, code and tools we use to build sites are ours. While your plan is active, you can use the site we built for you as your website.
- Where we couldn’t use your photos, we may add licensed stock photos, which you may use on the site.
- Examples: we may show a before-and-after of your site on webfactory.to. If you’d rather we didn’t, email us and we’ll remove it.
7. Check your site
Your site is rebuilt by software from your public website. It can get things wrong: an old phone number, an hour that changed, a service you no longer offer. Please review it before you put it on your domain and tell us about anything to fix. You’re responsible for what your site says about your business, including licences, prices and claims.
8. Fair use
Don’t use WebFactory for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, to rebuild a site you have no right to, to send spam through your site’s contact form, or to try to break or overload our systems. We can suspend or end a site that does, and we’ll tell you why.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep sites online and fast, but we can’t promise they will never be down. We back up our systems, but you should keep your own copies of anything important, like your photos.
10. Ending things
You can cancel anytime. We can stop providing the service to you for a breach of these terms, or for any reason with 30 days’ notice; if we stop for no fault of yours, we’ll refund any month you paid for but didn’t get.
11. Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business, lost leads or lost profits, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email customers with an active plan before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
13. Contact
Questions, refunds, takedowns or anything else: [email protected]. A person reads it.
